About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Morrisons Daily to recruit an entrepreneurial, customer-focused Convenience Store Manager for their busy Glasgow Nitshill location.

In this leadership role, you will run the store like it is your own business! Your mission will be to serve customers, support colleagues, and champion the local community, ensuring the store remains the best place to work and shop. You will drive success across customer and commercial performance, team leadership and development, operational excellence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities—from recruitment and induction to coaching, training, and building an inclusive culture.

• Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships within the local community and champion the vital role your store plays locally.
