Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, motivated, and caring Care Assistant to join our team on a permanent full-time contract. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our home, delivering high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care while building meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting the specific needs of residents.
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from daily companionship to personal care.
Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring resident health and reporting any changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other visiting healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A naturally caring, positive, and empathetic disposition with great interpersonal skills.
No prior experience necessary—whether you are an experienced carer or brand new to the sector, full training and support will be provided, including digital care system training.
