About the Role & Location
Where You’ll Be Working: Sedgemoor Care Home in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset (a CQC-regulated care home).
Working Hours: 24 hours per week on night shifts, including working alternate weekends.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide respectful personal care and night-time support.
Safely administer and accurately record medication.
Assist with essential daily living activities and routines.
Support residents to ensure a restful, safe environment.
Promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Deliver person-centred care effectively as part of a dedicated team.
What We Need From You
A kind, compassionate nature and great people skills.
A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
Availability to work night shifts and alternate weekends.
No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided!
