In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional clinical care while leading shift teams to support residents with complex needs. You will be responsible for administering treatments, managing medication routines, and continuously updating care plans to ensure the highest standards of safety and resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care including wound management, catheter care, and safe administration of medication.

• Lead and mentor care staff during shifts, fostering high clinical standards across the home.

• Formulate and maintain personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs and dependency levels.

Requirements

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

• Proficiency in clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST, alongside care planning expertise.

• Strong leadership abilities and a compassionate approach to person-centered nursing care.
