In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting residents throughout the day with warmth, dignity, and respect. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help enhance each resident's quality of life by fostering a welcoming, secure, and compassionate care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime support.

• Encourage resident independence while contributing to and following individual care plans.

• Build trusting, meaningful relationships with residents and their families to promote emotional wellbeing.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills accompanied by a passionate, patient, and caring nature.

• Strong organizational skills and reliability when handling daily responsibilities.

• Flexibility to work day shifts on a full-time or part-time schedule.
