We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join the family at Broadbridge Park, a 71-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Horsham.

In this leadership role, you will champion person-centred care, support our junior team members, and ensure every resident receives compassionate, high-quality support that honours their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, person-centred care and assistance with daily living activities.

• Administer medications and maintain accurate, up-to-date care records where required.

• Mentor, support, and guide junior care staff to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored care plans in partnership with healthcare professionals and families.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues to foster a warm, supportive community.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar supervisory role within a residential or nursing setting.

• Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for empowering others and providing exceptional care.
