Staff Nurse

In this flexible bank position, you will work alongside consultant surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver exceptional care to surgical and medical patients.

Working within a modern 28-bed inpatient environment, you will play a key role in managing pre- and post-operative care while using advanced clinical equipment. This role is ideal for a dedicated Registered General Nurse seeking shift flexibility within a high-standard healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to inpatient ward patients, conducting assessment, planning, and administration of treatments.

• Collaborate closely with matrons, consultant surgeons, and interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth continuity of patient care.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation while upholding strict patient safety and infection control guidelines.

Requirements

• Active professional registration with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• Proven post-registration clinical experience within an acute hospital ward setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and team-working abilities with a patient-centered approach.
