Pay Rate: £24.26 per hour (includes bank enhancement)

About the Role
Working in partnership with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for Rose Lodge Care Home. In this flexible, casual role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. You will create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with a variety of needs, use your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and administer medication safely. About You
To join us as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need:
Current NMC registration
Sound, up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
A clear understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing
