Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with MHA to recruit an experienced and reliable part-time Housekeeper for Davids House care home in Harrow.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Upkeep: Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain high standards across residents' rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Laundry & Waste Management: Assist with laundry tasks (including bedding) and ensure safe waste disposal in line with health and safety protocols.
COSHH & Safety Compliance: Safely use, store, and control cleaning materials and equipment in compliance with COSHH and health & safety regulations, promptly reporting any faults.
Dignity & Respect: Always uphold residents' privacy, personal choices, and dignity while carrying out your housekeeping duties.
What You Will Bring
Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (essential) alongside formal training in health and safety (essential).
Work Ethic: A dependable, organised approach with the ability to follow routines and work independently when required.
Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills and a sensitive, compassionate understanding of the needs of older people.
Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Harrow for a manageable and balanced commute.
