Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct care shifts, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the safe administration and recording of medication.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and collaborate with families and health professionals to maintain personalized care plans.
Guide care assistants while actively supporting residents to remain independent, active, and engaged in their daily routines.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) with proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care setting.
Excellent organization, digital literacy, and a clear understanding of care planning processes.
Compassionate, resident-focused approach paired with strong communication skills and leadership capability.
