As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant for Whitefriars Care Home. Situated in a quiet residential location close to the historic centre of Stamford, this friendly home offers compassionate residential and dementia care for up to 56 residents, with local amenities and transport links right on its doorstep.
As a night carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night. Alongside handling nighttime routines and personal care (such as washing, bathing, and toileting), you will bring warmth, comfort, and dignity to our residents, helping them maintain a peaceful and reassuring environment after dark.
Nighttime Support: Assist residents with personal care routines and night-time needs with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Safety & Comfort: Monitor and maintain a calm, secure, and reassuring environment throughout the night hours.
Relationship Building: Form meaningful connections with residents, offering emotional comfort and reassurance whenever required.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the wider night care team to deliver consistently high standards of care.
Experience: Both experienced night carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome to apply! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.
Personality: A kind, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
