Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to male service users with a primary diagnosis of mental illness.
Take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care pathways under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
Observe, record, and report all service user changes accurately, ensuring comprehensive maintenance of care records.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and daily support to team members, promoting positive teamwork and a collaborative ward culture.
Help service users develop necessary coping strategies and life skills to manage a more independent future within community-based settings.
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.
Completed Preceptorship with verifiable evidence.
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to a busy ward environment.
