At Richmond Bede Village, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the home, driving unit operations, upholding the highest clinical standards, and helping residents live life to the full.
As a Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will take total responsibility for resident wellbeing, lead clinical assessments and care plans, and offer expert guidance and mentorship to the wider care team to ensure exceptional CQC compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the wellbeing of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are consistently met.
Carry out comprehensive clinical assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Coach, guide, and support the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, policies, and relevant legislation.
Drive unit operations alongside clinical duties and play a crucial role in supporting CQC compliance tasks.
