Hours: 48.00 hours per week (Night Shifts)

About the Role
As a Night Senior Carer at Snowdrop Place, you will oversee the night-time needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team in specialised areas like medication, assessments, and care plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and mentoring night care staff.
Supporting clinical care tasks such as medication management and care plan reviews.
Ensuring residents' dignity, choices, and personal preferences are respected at all times to maintain a warm and safe night environment.
About You
To step into this leadership role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific expertise in clinical care for the elderly.
Qualities: A warm-hearted, compassionate, and motivational approach with a strong commitment to individualised care. Excellent ongoing training will be provided to support your career progression into roles like Care Practitioner or nursing.
