As a Graduate Air Systems Engineer, you will be deployed into key technical areas such as Systems Engineering, Mission Systems, Flight Systems, Electromagnetics, and Test & Evaluation. You will deliver critical capabilities for national and international clients working on iconic products like the Typhoon, Future Combat Air System (FCAS), Autonomous Systems, and Tempest.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements Management & System Specification: Define and manage complex engineering requirements and technical specifications.
Research, Design & Development: Contribute to innovative aerospace solutions from concept to delivery.
Systems Modelling & Integration: Integrate complex systems to ensure seamless performance across platforms.
Qualification, Certification & Acceptance: Guide products through rigorous industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental reviews.
Project Governance: Gain hands-on exposure to cost schedules, stakeholder management, and through-life product support.
Qualification Requirements
To be eligible for this graduate opportunity, applicants must have obtained—or be predicted to obtain—a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in one of the following disciplines:
