About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Branston to recruit reliable and motivated Forklift Drivers for their fresh potato factory in Abernethy, Perth.
You will play a vital, fast-paced role in the production process, ensuring our "tatties" successfully make it from the facility straight to supermarket shelves. Whether you are an experienced driver or looking to kickstart a new path with onsite training, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Line Support: Efficiently load production lines with raw materials in exact accordance with daily production plans.
Stock Movement: Transport and move boxes safely to and from designated storage areas.
Safety Checks: Undertake thorough daily pre-start checks and report any equipment defects promptly to the team leader.
H&S Compliance: Act as a true role model for Health & Safety, making sure all daily operations strictly follow company procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience: Previous background driving a forklift in a busy, fast-moving industrial or production environment is preferred.
Licensing: A valid counterbalance licence is desirable, but not essential as full on-site training opportunities are provided for the right candidates.
Attributes: Flexible, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced setting.
