As an Activities Assistant at Ochil Care Home, you will deliver imaginative and varied activities to ensure our residents enjoy a motivational environment. You will help residents pursue their favorite hobbies and interests, running a dynamic programme of pastimes, social events, and outings that help them live as independently as possible and stay connected with family, friends, and the local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and running a wide range of engaging social activities, hobbies, and events
Organizing community outings and encouraging resident involvement
Building meaningful relationships with residents to understand their personal interests and preferences
Creating a vibrant, warm, and fun atmosphere across the home
About You
