As a Theatre Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key support role during surgical procedures, assisting with patient positioning, moving, family communication, and essential administrative tasks. By working flexibly across shifts, you will ensure high standards of patient care and safety throughout the perioperative environment.
Assist the theatre team with surgical preparation, patient positioning, and equipment support across major and minor surgeries.
Deliver empathetic, individualized patient care and offer reassurance to patients and their families.
Support efficient theatre operations through administrative tasks, equipment care, and maintaining clean, safe clinical environments.
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
Relevant clinical experience within an acute hospital or care setting.
Excellent communication, adaptability, and team-working skills with a flexible approach to working hours.
