About the Role
Are you an experienced clinical leader looking to inspire a dedicated team and shape the highest standards of care? We are seeking a compassionate and driven Deputy Manager to join the family at Broadbridge Park, a 71-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Horsham.
In this vital leadership role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Home Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor our nursing and care teams, and ensure every resident receives personalized, exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Home Manager in the smooth, day-to-day running of the care home.
Ensure all clinical and operational practices meet strict regulatory and company standards.
Lead, mentor, and inspire nursing and care staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to continuously monitor and improve care delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.
What We Are Looking For
A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Proven experience in a clinical leadership or senior management role within a care setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for elderly care, dementia support, and resident-centered excellence.
