As a Care Assistant (Bank), you will play a central role in delivering person-centered care tailored to each resident's individual needs. Requirements

• A caring, reliable, and patient approach toward supporting individuals in a care home setting.

• Clear communication skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns as part of a team.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute within a reasonable distance of Reading, UK.
