Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a vigilant and dedicated Lifeguard to join their team in Newcastle, UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all members and guests using the wet side facilities. You will maintain a clean, welcoming, and secure poolside environment while delivering friendly and attentive customer service.

Role Description

As a Lifeguard, you will actively supervise the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room areas to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to any incidents. By upholding strict pool safety guidelines and fostering a positive atmosphere, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor wet side facilities to ensure safety regulations are strictly followed at all times.

• Respond promptly to any poolside emergencies or incidents in accordance with safety standards.

• Provide courteous and helpful service to members while maintaining a clean, professional environment.

Requirements

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or recognized equivalent.

• Up-to-date ongoing training records supporting your lifeguarding qualification.

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skills.
