Care Assistant (School Support / Arabic Speaking)
Location: Brent, Harrow (School-based complex care)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week (Full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: 7.5-hour day shifts aligned with school hours
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Care Assistant to support a complex care client during school hours in the Brent/Harrow area. (Note: This is a dedicated one-to-one support role based within a school setting rather than multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred support tailored to a student with complex needs during school hours.
Act as a vital communication link, leveraging your Arabic-speaking skills to help our client feel comfortable, understood, and included.
Work proactively within a supportive environment to help the student navigate their school day safely and confidently.

What We Are Looking For
At least 6 months of care experience, combined with fluency in Arabic.
Compassion, reliability, resilience, and a proactive, attentive approach to a school environment.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
