About the Role
In this exciting role within the ERP Operations Team, you will design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that enable the reliable flow of information between ERP, engineering, and programme management platforms. Your work will directly support operational planning, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making across advanced aerospace and defense programmes.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance Infor LN customizations, workflows, and extensions using BaanC to support evolving business requirements.
Support the technical evaluation of business needs, translating requirements into scalable ERP solutions across multiple functions.
Optimize ERP functionality, reports, integrations, and business objects to ensure maximum system stability and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software developers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
Evaluate emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence opportunities—while contributing to testing, code quality, and continuous improvement targets.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Skills & Qualifications):
Integration Experience: Demonstrable background developing and supporting data integrations, backed by practical SSIS development experience.
Database Skills: Considerable SQL and T-SQL expertise, including complex query development, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Enterprise Systems: Proven experience integrating large-scale enterprise platforms such as ERP or MES.
Documentation & Process: Ability to produce clear technical documentation (interface specifications, data mapping artifacts) and navigate structured change and release management processes.
Security Note: Due to defense and export control regulations, all applicants must achieve at least a Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Higher levels of National Security Vetting may apply where required.
