Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team while living out Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.

• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively to keep shifts moving smoothly.

• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• Manage store operations and colleagues during the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and overall stock management.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who visits the store.

• Proven experience leading a team to hit targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment.

• Strong task delegation abilities and the knack for keeping your team motivated.

• Flexibility with scheduling, including both AM and PM shifts as well as weekend availability.

• Patience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay calm under any circumstances.

• A proactive, encouraging approach to team development and daily store operations.
