Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to source a resilient, confident, and trusted Deputy Store Manager.
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll stay cool, calm, and collected while getting hands-on across the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you’ll play a massive part in creating a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will also enjoy great responsibility by taking full ownership of the store and leading by example during the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Set a spectacular example for your store team and every customer.
Independently manage store operations when the Store Manager is away.
Motivate and support your team while living out Lidl's Company Values.
Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and track KPIs.
Deliver stellar customer service and assist with all customer queries.
Comply completely with all Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
