About the Role
Looking for a stable day-shift warehouse role where you can stay active and play a vital part in a winning team? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting a day-shift Warehouse Operative for Bidfood in Manchester. You will work across ambient, chilled, and frozen environments to ensure every customer order is accurately picked, loaded safely, and ready to go.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking & Loading: Accurately pick customer orders and load vehicles efficiently for daily delivery.
Stock Management: Organise, store, and move products safely across the warehouse environment.
Equipment Operation: Use pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and FLT Reach trucks safely (must hold an FLT Reach Truck Licence).
Team Collaboration: Support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and ensure drivers leave on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Qualification: Must hold a valid FLT Reach Truck Licence.
Work Ethic & Attitude: A positive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to great service.
Physical Fitness: A good level of physical fitness for an active, fast-paced manual handling role.
Helpful Experience: Previous warehouse or multi-temperature environment experience is advantageous, though not essential.
