As a Bank Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will play a pivotal role in managing the unit, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents, all while enjoying flexible working patterns tailored to your lifestyle.
Take full responsibility for the well-being of residents, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Manage unit clinical duties, including the oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Coach, mentor, and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and professionals.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure strict compliance with safety standards, policies, legislation, and CQC requirements.
Utilise strong critical thinking and self-reliance when working night shifts or independently, ensuring patient safety, managing care staff, and remaining calm in emergencies.
A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid, active NMC pin.
Previous experience in a care home environment alongside a proven track record of maintaining high clinical standards.
Confident in offering clinical guidance to care teams and supporting all CQC-related responsibilities.
Excellent communication, reporting, and handover skills, paired with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
