As a Bank Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will play a pivotal role in managing the unit, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents, all while enjoying flexible working patterns tailored to your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the well-being of residents, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

• Manage unit clinical duties, including the oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and evaluating individualised care plans.

• Coach, mentor, and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and professionals.

• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure strict compliance with safety standards, policies, legislation, and CQC requirements.

• Utilise strong critical thinking and self-reliance when working night shifts or independently, ensuring patient safety, managing care staff, and remaining calm in emergencies.

What We Are Looking For

• A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid, active NMC pin.

• Previous experience in a care home environment alongside a proven track record of maintaining high clinical standards.

• Confident in offering clinical guidance to care teams and supporting all CQC-related responsibilities.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and handover skills, paired with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
