About the Role

At our partner stores, no two days are ever the same! Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for efficient, hardworking Stock Assistants to join a fast-paced and friendly team in Kirkby in Ashfield.

In this vital role, you’ll keep store operations running seamlessly behind the scenes and on the shop floor. From unloading deliveries and restocking shelves at pace to checking product quality and assisting customers, your efficiency ensures an exceptional shopping environment every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Replenishment: Stock shelves quickly, maintain full product availability, and present items to look their best.

• Delivery & Quality Checks: Inspect incoming deliveries and check stock quality, removing any items that do not meet high store standards.

• Customer Support: Provide friendly, helpful customer service whenever you're on the shop floor.

What We’re Looking For

• Pace & Physicality: Comfortable replenishing stock quickly and staying active in a fast-moving retail environment.

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to support both shoppers and team members (retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most!).

• Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable with a strong "can-do" mindset and flexibility across shift patterns.

• Commute Readiness: Able to reliably travel in Kirkby in Ashfield for early starts (as early as 6:00 AM) or late finishes (up to 10:00 PM).
