Position: Care Assistant (Nights) — Permanent, Part-Time
Location: Pennystone Court, Blackpool (FY1 2RQ)
Hours: 33 hours per week (includes flexible working across a rota, including weekends)
Pay Rate: £13.79 per hour

Personal & Social Care: Deliver attentive, high-quality care during the night that respects residents' personal choices, privacy, and dignity.
Keyworker Duties: Act as a keyworker for a designated group of residents, supporting smooth admissions and individual care plan reviews.
Wellbeing Support: Enhance residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing through personalized care, including specialist dementia support.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold vital safeguarding responsibilities, infection control measures, and health and safety practices at all times.
Personal Qualities: A caring nature, patience, empathy, and a genuine respect and sensitivity for older people.
Communication Skills: Good listening and communication abilities, with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Experience: Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential—a willingness to learn, train, and develop (with encouragement toward Level 1 or 2 in social care) is what matters most!
Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Blackpool for a manageable and balanced commute.
