Hours: Flexible contracts between 10–30 hours per week

Shift Times: Shifts range between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM

About the Role

At our partner stores, no two days are ever the same! Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for energetic, customer-focused Store Assistants to join a fast-paced and friendly team on South Street, Willenhall.

You’ll be right at the heart of store operations, keeping everything running seamlessly. From welcoming customers and handling transactions to keeping shelves fully stocked, your work directly creates an exceptional shopping experience every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and welcoming support to every shopper.

• Store Presentation: Stock shelves, manage inventory, check product quality, and maintain high merchandising standards.

• Till Operations: Operate tills accurately, efficiently, and with a smile.

What We’re Looking For

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to help both customers and teammates (retail experience is a plus, but dynamic attitude matters most!).

• Energy & Drive: Hardworking and comfortable staying active and on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliability: Confident handling numbers, dependable, and flexible with shift patterns.

• Commute Readiness: Able to reliably travel to the South Street, Willenhall location for early starts (as early as 6:00 AM) or late finishes (up to 10:00 PM).
