Complex Care Assistant (Tracheostomy Specialist)
Location: Islington, North London (N6) (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week required (Full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour
Are you an experienced, proactive carer with tracheostomy care expertise looking for a rewarding role where you can provide focused, high-level clinical support? We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to support a complex care client in their own home in North London. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred complex care tailored to our client in a single home environment.
Utilize your clinical experience to manage tracheostomy care safely and confidently.
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.

What We Are Looking For
At least 6 months of professional care experience, with required tracheostomy care experience. (Nursing or clinical backgrounds are highly desirable!)
A compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality who is confident in complex care environments.
A commitment to working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
