The Role

We are currently recruiting energetic Store Assistants on behalf of our market-leading supermarket client (Aldi) in Offerton, Stockport.

No two days are the same in this dynamic role! You will be at the very heart of the store, keeping operations running seamlessly. From stocking shelves and receiving deliveries to operating tills and assisting shoppers, your work will directly shape an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Provide friendly, efficient service to build a welcoming store environment.

• Merchandising & Stocking: Stock shelves, check product quality, and maintain outstanding store standards.

• Till Operations: Handle customer transactions at the till accurately, efficiently, and with a smile.

Skills & Experience Required

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to help both customers and teammates.

• Work Ethic: Hardworking, energetic, and comfortable staying active on your feet.

• Reliability: Adaptable and flexible with a strong "can-do" mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Core Skills: Confident with basic numbers and till management.

• Experience: Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not required—your attitude and enthusiasm matter most!

• Competitive Pay: £13.50 – £14.47 per hour with progressive pay increases tied to your service time.

• Flexible Hours: Part-time contracts ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week.
