Key Responsibilities
Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a diverse range of engaging activities designed to stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing.
Maintain a safe living and working environment while contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
Report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition promptly to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
Assist with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming events and activities as directed.
Help establish and maintain links with the local community (such as schools, spiritual groups, and libraries) to promote intergenerational engagement.
Person Specification & Requirements
Experience & Background: Previous experience working with older people, ideally within a residential nursing or dementia care setting.
Core Skills & Qualities: Effective verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of how meaningful interaction impacts overall wellbeing, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward older people.

Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) alongside proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
