Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe, effective one-to-one and group swimming lessons adhering to established training frameworks.

• Motivate and inspire individual swimmers of diverse ages and technical abilities to reach their personal goals.

• Promote facility offerings and encourage ongoing engagement across fitness programs.

Requirements

• Valid ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification.

• Strong interpersonal skills paired with a friendly, approachable, and engaging communication style.

• Proven ability to tailor instruction methods to suit different individual learning needs.
