Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a passionate and organized Group Exercise Manager to join their team at Bristol Clifton Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Bristol, UK.
In this part-time leadership role, you will take ownership of the club’s group exercise timetable, teach studio and pool classes, and drive member engagement. Working 10 hours per week, you will balance instructor duties with schedule optimization, health and safety enforcement, and class delivery in line with current fitness trends and budget targets.
As a Group Exercise Manager, you will oversee group exercise operations, design and update dynamic class timetables, and teach sessions in both the studio and swimming pool. You will ensure equipment is sanitized and maintained, support opening/closing shift procedures, and promote broader club health assessments and wellbeing offerings to members.
Teach group exercise classes in studio and pool settings while optimizing class timetables based on member trends and budget.
Ensure group exercise equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and operated in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with facility opening/closing procedures, process membership payments, and champion the club's wider health and wellbeing services.
Recognized group exercise instructor qualification(s) with experience in a commercial or corporate fitness environment.
Valid First Aid qualification (or ability to hold one) with full understanding of Emergency Action Procedures.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a proactive approach to member satisfaction.
