Location: Bupa Aylesham Court Care Home, 195 Hinckley Road, Leicester, LE3 3PH
Salary: £12.75 – £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities (Must be flexible to work Monday to Sunday, including alternate weekends)
About the Role
As a Care Assistant at Aylesham Court, you will be at the heart of our mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Providing compassionate, person-centred care, you'll support resident independence, honour individual choices, and ensure that every person in our care lives a life they truly love.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from daily companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident well-being, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with legal requirements.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plans.
Deliver essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities, both individually and in groups.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Desirable: Prior experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
