As a Care Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering personalized care that enhances the daily physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. • Support residents with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime support.

Requirements

• A passionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude toward social care.

• Excellent communication skills and a reliable, highly organized approach to shift work.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the Castleford location.
