Senior Physiotherapist

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join a prestigious private hospital in Bristol, UK. In this flexible bank role, you will deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, post-operative rehabilitation, and remote triage services to help patients optimize their recovery and physical health.

Working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team alongside consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. This hybrid position offers flexible working options combining face-to-face clinic consultations with remote triage assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based clinical treatment, assessments, and rehabilitation plans for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative surgical cases.

• Conduct initial patient assessments and clinical triage through both face-to-face and remote consultation channels.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospital teams while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, audit protocols, and professional standards.

Requirements

• BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Demonstrable post-qualification clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation with evidence of ongoing professional development.

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, IT, and organizational skills to manage a dynamic and varied caseload efficiently.
