In this flexible bank role, you will deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, post-operative rehabilitation, and remote triage services to help patients optimize their recovery and physical health.
Working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team alongside consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. This hybrid position offers flexible working options combining face-to-face clinic consultations with remote triage assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based clinical treatment, assessments, and rehabilitation plans for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative surgical cases.
Conduct initial patient assessments and clinical triage through both face-to-face and remote consultation channels.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospital teams while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, audit protocols, and professional standards.
Requirements
BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Demonstrable post-qualification clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation with evidence of ongoing professional development.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, IT, and organizational skills to manage a dynamic and varied caseload efficiently.
