Qualifications: Level 2 Health & Social Care certification (or actively working towards Level 3)
Availability: 42 hours per week commitment, including working alternate weekends

Lead Care Delivery: Deliver and spearhead high-quality, person-centred care that prioritizes individual needs.
Support Independence: Assist residents with personal care while consistently maintaining their personal dignity and encouraging independence.
Medication Management: Administer medication safely, accurately, and in strict compliance with protocols.
Care Planning: Actively contribute to the creation, implementation, and ongoing review of comprehensive resident care plans.
Engagement & Activities: Lead engaging activities, social outings, and meaningful daily interactions to enrich residents' lives.
Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and guide fellow team members, stepping up to take charge whenever required.
