Mindplace Centre Manager

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Mindplace Centre Manager to join their team in Harrow, UK. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare manager to oversee the operational performance of a mental wellbeing centre while ensuring exceptional customer service, clinical governance and business growth.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day centre operations, support service development, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality mental health and wellbeing services in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of the Mindplace Centre while ensuring high standards of customer service and clinical governance.

• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, support business growth and oversee local marketing initiatives.

• Monitor operational performance, analyse customer feedback and implement continuous service improvements.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare management experience with strong operational leadership skills.

• Experience managing teams within a regulated environment and delivering business performance.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
