Nursery Nurse (Early Years Educator Level 3)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their team in Medway, UK.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering early education and high-quality care within a unique, wellbeing-focused learning environment. You will help nurture children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering a supportive space where they can grow, discover, and achieve their full potential.

Role Description

As a Nursery Nurse, you will work collaboratively with an experienced team to deliver early learning experiences tailored to each child's individual needs. By embedding the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum into everyday routines, you will promote active learning, positive physical health, and early social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate age-appropriate learning activities that support the EYFS curriculum and individual developmental milestones.

• Maintain open, professional communication with parents and carers regarding child progress and daily activities.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment that prioritizes child safety, wellbeing, and holistic health.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Education, NNEB, or equivalent recognized qualification.

• Demonstrated experience working within a formal nursery or early years setting.

• An Enhanced DBS check and preferred Paediatric First Aid certification.
