Deputy Manager

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to assist Manor Park in hiring an experienced Deputy Manager to join their leadership team in Castleford, UK.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will oversee day-to-day care operations, lead and inspire the care team, and ensure exceptional, person-centered service while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Role Description

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in running the home efficiently, maintaining high standards of clinical care, and fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare stakeholders. You will supervise staff, manage rotas, and assist in driving continuous improvement within the care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the care home in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Maintain clinical standards, assist with regulatory compliance, and liaise with external health professionals.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) holding a valid, active UK NMC PIN.

• Proven supervisory or team management experience within a social care or nursing home setting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with valid right to work in the UK.
