As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Care Assistant for Lent Rise House. Located in Burnham, Slough, Lent Rise House is a warm and welcoming care home where our teams are dedicated to enriching residents' lives every single day.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a real, lasting difference by supporting residents with daily routines, personal care (such as washing, bathing, and mobility), and engaging activities. While some days may have their challenges, you will also share laughs, have fun, and become a valued part of our extended family, bringing kindness, dignity, and exceptional care to our home.
Person-Centred Care: Support residents with personal care routines and daily living tasks with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, providing emotional support and a friendly, cheerful presence.
Engagement: Encourage residents to take part in daily activities and hobbies, helping them lead happy and fulfilled lives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider care team to maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing living environment.
Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to the care sector are warmly welcomed! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing professional development.
Personality: A warm, empathetic, patient, and friendly nature with a genuine passion for helping others.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect easily and positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Competitive Pay: £13.45 per hour.
