• Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (25-hour contract)

• Shifts: AM shifts

• Salary: £13.45 - £13.65 per hour (plus an extra £2.00/hr during bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

As a Cleaner, you are the unsung hero of the customer experience. Working during the morning shifts, you’ll ensure that the store is fresh, hygienic, and ready to welcome shoppers. From operating industrial cleaning equipment to maintaining pristine outdoor spaces, you take real pride in making the store a pleasant environment for both customers and your colleagues. What You’ll Do

• Maintain the Store: Thoroughly clean and maintain the shop floor, communal spaces, and staff areas to keep them looking their best.

• Make a Great First Impression: Keep the trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces clean, tidy, and free of litter.

• Operate Specialist Equipment: Confidently and safely use industrial floor-cleaning machinery (full training provided).

• Manage Welfare Areas: Maintain high standards of hygiene in the toilets, staff kitchen, and waste/recycling areas.

• Prioritize Safety: Proactively make sure all cleaning, hygiene, and Health and Safety standards are strictly upheld.

What You’ll Need

• A hands-on, proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.

• Prior experience in professional cleaning or maintenance is beneficial, but definitely not essential—we value attitude and reliability above all!

• The ability to work independently, manage your time, and complete tasks to a high standard.

• Great teamwork skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.

• Commitment to working early morning AM shifts.
