Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for an empowering regional role with variety and leadership? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dynamic Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join the team, traveling across the region to deliver top-tier clinical standards.
In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams across different locations on each shift, ensuring residents receive the absolute highest quality of care, from settling-in assessments to tailored care planning.
Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shifts: Mixed (Days/Nights)
Closing Date: 29 August 2026
Key Responsibilities
Travel across your designated region to maintain high clinical standards at various Barchester care homes.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams on each shift to ensure seamless, top-quality care delivery.
Oversee new resident transitions, helping them settle in comfortably.
Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments to address physical and mental needs.
Mentor and advance team members' clinical skills by leading by example.
What We Are Looking For
Current NMC Registration (RGN or RMN).
A formal teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and a successful track record of care planning and risk assessments.
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including medicine administration, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
Excellent communication skills, a motivational can-do attitude, and ambition.
