Are you ready to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a caring and reliable Bank Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team in Shaftesbury. You’ll be supporting two adults with autism and learning disabilities to live safely and happily in their own home and out in the community through a 2:1 support package delivered by a small, consistent team.
Salary: £13.50 per hour

Experience: Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs is desirable, but not essential.
Approach: A calm, patient, and consistent approach with a willingness to learn and work as part of a small, trusted team.
Skills: Ability to follow detailed support plans and communication strategies.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is desirable, but not essential for some roles (vehicles are provided for community access, requiring a mix of drivers and non-drivers per shift).
