Salary: £36,101.10 - £38,114.53 Per Annum + Outer London Weighting (£2,250.61) (CGL points 31 to 33)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit an experienced leader or an ambitious professional looking for their first step into management as a permanent Community and Outreach Team Leader for their well-established Barnet service.
In this impactful leadership role, you will provide operational line management for the Community and Outreach team, working closely with local services, the Royal Free/Barnet Hospital, and the London Borough of Barnet Public Health Commissioning Team. Your focus will be on reducing harm, supporting rough sleepers, developing clear care pathways, and maximizing sustainable outcomes for some of the most vulnerable individuals in the borough.
Operational Leadership: Provide day-to-day operational line management, ensuring the team runs efficiently within allocated budgets and meets all administrative and data requirements.
Strategic Partnerships: Build collaborative relationships with key partner agencies (including hospitals and local authorities) to reduce rough sleeping and develop seamless hospital-to-community pathways.
Grant & Service Delivery: Work creatively with the local Public Health Commissioning Team to deliver services aligned with the Rough Sleepers Drug and Alcohol Treatment Grant.
Representation & Promotion: Represent CGL Barnet in strategic/operational meetings, promoting and publicizing the service to optimize referral pathways and community engagement.
Leadership & Experience: Knowledge and awareness of the complex issues experienced by rough sleepers, with relevant experience in outreach, support services, or leadership.
Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships and design clear pathways with partner agencies.
Flexibility: Willingness and capability to work some anti-social hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends in line with service needs.
Requirements: Resilient, values-driven management approach. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
