Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 33.00 hours per week

About the Role
As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in helping our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support. Working in a fulfilling and dynamic environment, your day-to-day duties will be as varied as they are rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care.
Providing meaningful companionship, conversation, and one-to-one time.
Supporting residents with food, drink, and nutrition.
Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Sharing special moments and creating positive memories with residents.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of older people.
Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people is required.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Qualities: Natural empathy, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high standards of care.
