Position: Driver Supervisor (LGV Cat C)
Location: Station Rd, Ash Vale, Aldershot, GU12 5QB
Salary: £38,451.84 per annum (inclusive of a £200.00 monthly supervisor payment)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 45 hours per week, 07:15 – 17:00, Monday – Friday + occasional weekend/bank holiday cover)

We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit an experienced and driven Driver Supervisor for their team based in Aldershot. Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Briefings: Debrief drivers daily post-shift, deliver engaging toolbox talks, conduct annual driving/pre-employment assessments, and provide training.
Safety & Incident Management: Manage and investigate vehicle or personal incidents, road traffic accidents, and near miss/hazard reports while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
Compliance & Fleet Maintenance: Ensure weekly vehicle inspections, gate checks, and servicing (including LOLER) meet company standards, alongside downloading VU and drivers' tacho cards and reviewing infringement reports.
Operational Support: Provide occasional driving cover for driver sickness or absence (making your LGV licence essential) and cover weekend/bank holiday shifts as required.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: An essential LGV (Cat C) Licence and a valid Driver CPC Card. (Valid First Aid and IOSH qualifications are desirable, though training can be provided).
Experience & Skills: Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, alongside basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Attitude: A proactive, safety-conscious leader with a strong work ethic and the flexibility to cover operational needs when required.
