About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant for their Replenishment team in Inverness.

Working on the shop floor, you will keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. Operating in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, you will ensure customers can always find what they need, when they need it. You will also receive cross-training to support other store areas like Market Street and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.

• Operate within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Assist customers with a helpful approach and support query resolution when required.

• Provide flexible cross-functional support across other store departments, such as Market Street and Customer Service.

• Ensure safe use of equipment and strict adherence to store processes.

What The Role Requires

• A helpful, friendly approach with a strong passion for putting customers first.

• Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured environment.

• Comfortable using in-store equipment safely and following established processes.

• Available for morning shifts (scheduled between Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with shifts potentially starting from 4:00 AM).

• Must be over the school leaver’s age.
